Terms of use

Template terms. Have a lawyer review these before launch.

Using the site

You can browse Happenin' Hive without an account. If you create one, keep your password private and your details accurate. You must be 13 or older to create an account.

Posting events

Only post real events you have the right to promote. You're responsible for your listings, including dates, prices, and any photos you upload. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, misleading, or spammy. We may edit, hide, or remove listings and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Boosts and payments

Boosts are paid through Stripe and give an event featured placement for the time you buy. Boosts aren't refundable once they start, except where the law requires it or the event is removed by us in error.

Events are run by hosts

Happenin' Hive lists events but doesn't run them. Check details with the host before you go. We aren't responsible for events, tickets, or venues.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make big changes, we'll post a notice on the site.
