What we collect
Your name, email, and password (stored encrypted) when you sign up; the zip code you choose; events you save, follow, or RSVP to; and events you post. If you use "Near me", your browser shares your location with us for that search only. We don't store it.
How we use it
To run the site, show events near you, send emails you asked for (password resets, the Friday Buzz, updates from hosts you follow), and keep the site safe. We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Stripe processes payments. Map images come from OpenStreetMap. Email is delivered through our email provider. Hosts can see how many people saved or plan to attend their events, not who.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your account at any time in Account settings. Every Friday Buzz email has an unsubscribe link.
